Opis

This volume is a result of international cooperation within the framework of the Tempus project Foreign Languages in the Field of Law funded by the European Commission. The project primarily focused on foreign language curriculum development for lawyers and its practical implementation. At the same time, it also sought to provide a wide theoretical background involving the current state of the fi eld of legal linguistics. The book brings together contributions on different topics of interest with the aim of promoting research and incorporation of legal linguistics into academic curricula at European universities.
